Bio:

Dr. Noam Frey has more than two decades of experience in medical affairs and clinical leadership. He is currently Senior Vice President, Global Medical Affairs at Summit Therapeutics, with a mission of bringing novel effective therapies to cancer patients. Before joining Summit, he served as VP of Medical Affairs at Amryt Pharma, leading regional medical teams across North and Latin America to support therapies for ultra‑rare diseases. He previously held executive roles at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, overseeing both Global Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance.His earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Medical Affairs at InterMune and leading global medical affairs efforts for Janssen’s Alzheimer’s Immunotherapy program. Across these roles, Dr. Frey has built and guided medical affairs organizations, steered teams through major transitions, supported multiple successful therapy launches including Cialis®, Esbriet®, Defitelio®, and Vyxeos®, and worked closely with scientific leaders, professional societies, and patient advocacy communities.Dr. Frey earned his Bachelor of Medical Science and MD degrees from the Tel Aviv University School of Medicine and holds an MBA from the University of Washington. He also served on the Scientific Board of Advisors for H1, Inc., and contributed to Unlock, a Silicon Valley–based consortium supporting health and biopharmaceutical startups.Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family and attending radical expression and melodic house music events.He is passionate about good management skills, leading by example, and demonstrating compassion in every aspect of life.
