Matt Shea is Senior Sales Director at Cadent, with over a decade of experience in video and data-driven advertising. He began his career at MediaCom and later at Univision, where he gained experience across large-scale linear TV advertising, building a strong foundation in media buying and a lasting understanding of client needs that continues to shape his approach.
He later expanded into digital media at WebMD and Medscape, specializing in the pharma and healthcare space and developing deep expertise in health audiences and the complexities of compliant marketing.
Today, he helps healthcare and pharmaceutical brands navigate media complexity through advanced targeting, predictive solutions, and cross-channel video strategies.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Tech.
