Bio:

Eric Endicott is a communications and corporate affairs leader with more than two decades of experience shaping corporate reputation and guiding organizations through transformative growth across the life sciences, biotech, and healthcare sectors. With a global perspective spanning the US, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific, he has built and scaled communications functions that align communications strategy with business imperatives. At Prothena Biosciences as Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Communications, Eric created the company’s first integrated function spanning corporate communications, government affairs, branding, and ESG. At Acadia Pharmaceuticals, he built the company’s first corporate communications function, leading media engagement and reputation management, crisis communications, and digital strategy. During his tenure at Illumina, Eric established and scaled a global function from the ground up, expanding to a team of 14. His leadership helped drive visibility during a period of rapid growth when Illumina’s market capitalization surged from $8 billion to $50 billion. His career also includes leadership roles at Agilent Technologies and Invitrogen (Thermo Fisher Scientific). Eric earned his MBA in International Business from the University of San Diego, with studies at ESADE in Barcelona; he holds a BA in Business Administration from Pacific University. He has served on nonprofit boards, including the San Diego Chamber of Commerce and the Rare Disease Company Coalition.
